OUR MISSIONS.

We bring in phenomenal Catholic speakers from all over the country for a monthly hour long talk about the Faith. This is a great, low-stakes way to learn a little more about the Catholic perspective through our speakers’ personal testimony and expertise. Our past topics include: dating, adoption, abortion, priesthood and religious life, defending Catholicism with the Bible, the papacy, and more! Some past highlight speakers include: Jackie and Bobby Angel, Dr. John Bergsma, Emily Wilson, and Abby Johnson.
General Speaker Series
These events strive to build community and friendship in a faith centered environment. These larger events are a low-stakes way to spend time in Christian fellowship without deep diving into Catholic apologetics. Our community events include: an annual talent show, line dancing, rosary making, advent wreath making, game night, spikeball tournaments, and more!
Ignite

Fides et Ratio is Latin for “Faith and Reason”. Hence, this program provides philosophical arguments with a closing discussion about Catholic beliefs and practices. Fides is the perfect meeting place for intellectuals and those who want to reason with the teachings of the Church. Past topics have included: The Intersection of Faith and Politics, Who is Jesus, and Hell: a Biblical, Theological, and Philosophical Exploration.
Fides et Ratio
Awaken
These praise and worship events strive to build community and strengthen students prayer lives through adoration and song to Jesus. These events are hosted in the St. Paul’s Catholic Student Center chapel. The Eucharist is exposed for adoration during this time and the Badger Catholic Awaken Band plays live music to provide meaningful meditation for students.

Here, students may reach out to any of our staff members to meet one-on-one about the Faith. We’d love to answer any questions and grow in friendship with you. These meetings are confidential and private, so they are a great way to dive into your personal journey with God.
Faith Advising
Service
We strive to serve our local Madison community through numerous service events throughout each semester. Our past service events include: sorting donations at pregnancy help centers, St. Vincent De Paul Garden work, serving at Porchlight’s annual dinner, cookie and home decorating with Hope and a Future Neighborhood, and more! These events are a great way to build your servant heart, love those around you, grow in friendship, and learn more about your community.
